Gluten Free Air Fried Avocado Fries

These delicious dairy free gluten free air fried avocado fries are beyond easy to make and taste just like real fried avocado fries without being unhealthy. Serves 4

Ingredients:

  •  2 large Hass Avocados, sliced into strips
  •  3/4 cups of Gluten Free Panko
  • 1 tbsp of Ancho Chile Powder or ( 1 tbsp of Slap ya mama seasoning or 1 tbsp of smoked paprika)
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp of lime juice
  • Avocado Oil Spray

Directions:

Preheat your Air Fryer to 390 degrees.

In one bowl, mix together the egg and the lime juice.

In another bowl, mix together the Gluten Free Panko and the Ancho Chile powder.

Take one slice of the avocado, dip into the egg mixture, making sure to evenly coat all sides of the avocado strip.

Once coated, dip the avocado strip into the Gluten Free Panko mixture, making sure to coat all sides evenly.

Place them on a separate plate and repeat this process until all the strips are coated.

Use the Avocado Oil spray to evenly coat both sides of the avocado and place them into the air fryer basket. You might have to do a couple batches because you don’t want to overcrowd the fries as they can stick together.

Cook in the air fryer at 390 degrees for 4 minutes, then flip the avocado fries over and cook for an additional 4 minutes.

Once they are all finished cooking, grab a dipping sauce, and enjoy!
