Air Fried Peaches and Cream

My favorite way to end August is with a bunch of grilled peaches recipes and air fried peaches are such an easy summer dessert.  
Here’s my favorite air fried peaches recipe and you will want to look for firm yellow peaches for this recipe. Ripe peaches will be very tender when trying to turn them in the air fryer. I like to pair this with my favorite dairy free vanilla ice cream and gluten free granola with a drizzle of clover honey. I also hear it’s great with chocolate. –  Kara

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches
  • dairy free vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of vegan butter

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.

In a small bowl, combine butter and cinnamon. Set aside.

Halve and pit each peach. Dip the peaches into the mix, coating each side.

Place the peaches face down in the air fryer basket.

Cook at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes.

Carefully open the air fryer and flip peaches using a large spoon.

Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until they begin to caramelize on top.

Remove carefully and serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
