Air Fried Potato Chip Recipe:
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 15 Fingerling Potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1/8 inch slices
- 2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil
- 1/4 tsp of Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp of Truffle Salt
- 1 tsp of dried Rosemary Leaves
Directions:
Slice the potatoes into thin slices.
In a large bowl of cold water, soak potato slices for 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes, pat dry with paper towels. If you want to speed up the prep time, grab a partner and split up the work.
Wipe bowl dry; then add the potatoes, oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to evenly coat the slices.
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place half of the potato slices in the basket and cook for 10 mins at 375 degrees.
Take them out, flip them, and cook for an additional 10 mins, or until the edges are crispy.
Repeat this process again with the other batch of potato slices. Once cooked, carefully remove chips from the air fryer to a bowl and enjoy!
