Smokey Air Fried Sweet Potato Fries
This healthy fast and easy Air Fried Sweet Potato Fries recipe is perfect for a hot summer day as the air fryer won’t heat up your home as it cooks this delicious snack! Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp of Turmeric
- 1 tbsp. of Spanish Paprika
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 2 tbsp. of Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp. of Hickory Liquid Smoke
Directions:
Preheat your Air Fryer to 390 degrees for 3 minutes.
Skin the sweet potatoes.
Once skinned, cut into bite size slices.
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp. of Spanish Paprika, and 1 tsp of Salt.
Make sure that all the sweet potato fries slices are evenly coated in the spices.
Then add the 2 tbsp. of Coconut Oil and 2 tbsp. Hickory Liquid Smoke to the bowl, tossing the fries to make sure they are evenly coated.
Then place them into the air fryer for 15 minutes.
Toss and place back into the air fryer for 10-15 minutes or until fries are easily pierced by a fork.
Let cool for 2 mins and serve with some BBQ sauce!
