Cranberry Glazed Salmon
This cranberry glazed salmon recipe (only 4 ingredients) is so easy and can be made in under 30 mins (prep and cook time included). I like to pair this with a kale salad or mashed potatoes. You can also top this cranberry glazed salmon with parsley but the sweetness from the cranberries and agave really do flavor this salmon dish perfectly. – Kara
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup of cranberries
- 1/4 cup of agave
- Garlic Salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of cranberries and 1/4 cup of agave to the pan over medium heat.
Simmer until the cranberries are soft and then slightly flatten them with a fork or a masher, then continue to simmer until the berries have formed a jelly-like consistency. Remove from the heat.
Place the 4 salmon fillets on a baking pan with tin foil underneath them so they don’t stick to the pan.
Season them with a sprinkle of garlic salt on each fillet.
Then drizzle the sauce over each fillet.
Place the baking pan into the oven for 12-15 mins depending on the size of your fillet. The easiest way to tell if the fillet is cooked through is to test out a corner with a fork. If it easily flakes, then the salmon is done.
