Crock Pot French Dips
This healthy delicious gluten free crock pot French dips recipe is so easy to throw together even at the last minute making it perfect for a meal prep, a busy Monday night, or a wonderful football Sunday game day. Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 3.5 pounds of boneless Beef Chuck Roast
- 2 bunches of sage
- 1 cup of Low fat Beef Broth (Swanson)
- 2 1/2 cup of Portobello Mushroom Creamy Soup (Imagine)
- 1 tbsp of Smoked Sweet Paprika (Spice Islands)
- 3 whole bay leaves
- Gluten Free Baguettes
Directions:
Place the meat at the bottom of the crock pot.
Shake the smoked sweet paprika over the meat and then massage the spice into the meat.
Add the 2 1/2 cups of dairy free mushroom soup into the crock pot.
Add the 1 cup of low sodium beef broth into the pot.
Place the 3 bay leaves and 2 bunches of sage on top of the meat and cover with a lid.
Cook for 6 hours on low.
Once done, remove the meat from the pot.
Use forks to shred the meat into bite size pieces.
Using a strainer, drain the remaining liquid through the strainer and into a large bowl. Save this liquid for your dipping sauce.
Toast the bread and place the meat inside and serve.
