3 Ingredients Gluten Free Waffles
These gluten free waffles only require 3 ingredients to make them: eggs, bananas, and oatmeal. I love using oats to make my waffles as they are a good source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. The maple syrup and brown sugar oatmeal that I use, gives these waffles a subtle sweet, caramelized flavor which balances well with the banana flavor. Combined with the banana and egg, these gluten free waffles will help keep you full longer due to the fiber and protein. Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 4 oatmeal packets maple brown sugar flavor
Directions:
Blend the 3 ingredients in a blender.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker.
Cook for 4-6 mins depending on the size of your waffle maker.
Serve with berries and agave.
