Grilled Cedar Wrapped Salmon with Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
This smoky grilled cedar wrapped salmon recipe is so easy to make for a fast and delicious summer lunch or dinner. By using the cedar wraps you end up infusing a lot of flavor into the fish. I love to pair this with Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus and brown rice, but this would also be great over a salad as well. Ingredients:
- a bundle of asparagus spears
- Prosciutto (1 package)
- 1 lb of sockeye salmon
- 4 cedar wraps
- Vegan Butter Stick (4 tbsp)
- 1 tsp of Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
- 1 tsp of garlic salt
- 2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
- lemon juice
- black pepper
Directions:
Soak your cedar wraps in water 4 hours prior.
Serve over salad or brown rice and enjoy.
