Grilled Cod Tacos
This is the easiest, fastest, and tastiest gluten free grilled cod tacos recipe. Requires very little prep time and the cook time is also super short. I like to make guacamole with the avocado and then zest everything with a little bit of the lime juice before serving. So filling, so tasty, and will impress your guests with very little effort involved. – Kara, The Accidental Chef
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Cod
- Lemon Juice
- 8 White Corn Tortillas
- 4 tsp of Taco Seasoning
- medium avocado
- Lime juice
- Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
Directions:
Mash up your avocado with the Slap Ya Mama seasoning and lime juice. And set aside.
Season the cod with the taco seasoning and spritz with lemon juice. Then wrap up the fish in tin foil.
Heat up your grill up to a high heat level, then place the cod (skin side down).
Grill for about 10-15 mins (cod is a thicker fish and requires a slightly longer cook time than other fish).
Remove from the heat when the fish pulls apart easily with a fork.
Heat your tortillas up and place your fish inside the tortilla with some guacamole on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
