Red Wine Sausage Gluten Free Rotini
This Red Wine Sausage Gluten Free Rotini is a perfect date night or comfort night recipe as it is very easy to throw together. These tasty ingredients combine to make the perfect filling delicious meal! High in protein and gluten free, this flavor packed recipe consists of the best Original Italian Sausage I have ever tasted and a wonderful Chateauneuf du Pape which adds a wonderful espresso mocha flavor to the sauce. I used a 2006 Clos des Papes which was also served for my dinner guests in the sauce, but you don’t have to use that, you do need a red blend that has notes of espresso and mocha that can pair with flavorful ingredients. This 7 ingredient healthy recipe is sure to be hit with your taste buds and your invited dinner guests. – Kara, The Accidental Chef
